Couldn't recommend more for a day tour

Spacious room, comfortable bathroom, with great amenities including a fitness centre and 24-hour reception to help you explore the nearby local amenities easily.

Was really good

It was new-fashioned, well cleaned and with twin beds.

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini fridge bar, and a work desk in the room. Central location, not very far from Cyber Parc Arsat Moulay Abdeslam

The gardens and swimming pools provided a peaceful retreat.

During my 7-night stay, I faced significant communication difficulties with the staff. A simple request for a medical kit after an injury turned into a frustrating experience as they couldn't understand my needs. The food service was an issue, as my vegetarian request was mishandled, which left my wife disappointed.

Thoroughly enjoyed how the well cleaned and absolutely PERFECT room with a balcony was arranged when we arrived.

Lovely stay, we were there for 5 days. The hotel was excellent and the staff amiable, magnificent location near everything. Location: the property was adjacent to tourist activities, and menara mall where the food court was fab. Thoroughly enjoyed an electronic key card, flat-screen TV and a writing desk in the room...

the grounds are peaceful and filled with beautiful greenery. the wifi connexion is terrible.

The heated outdoor pool creates joyful moments for families. Each staff member is attentive and dedicated.

The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and a great bathroom. The wonderful gardens and swimming pools provided a peaceful retreat after exploring the busy medina.

the air conditioning didn't work well.

This hotel is super clean and tidy, had a really nice time chillin in the spa, housekeeping was very helpful. The garden views from my room were lovely, and the breakfast had lots of options to choose from.

but the reception staff were kinda rude and made me feel unwelcome, also there was one staff member named osama who wasn't helpful at all.

The outdoor heated pool was a refreshing bonus, especially appreciated by the kids, while the diverse dining options made meals enjoyable, including flavorful cured meats. The cleaning service left much to be desired, with only basic bed-making done in the rooms. The Wi-Fi connection was also frustratingly inconsistent. Despite the helpful staff, the Spa experience did not meet expectations, particularly during a poorly conducted massage.

Great Experience Despite Minor Flaws

We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and found exercising by the pool rejuvenating. Although breakfast lacked variety, the staff's hospitality made up for it. Pro tip, Reserve loungers early for a prime spot!

The location was perfect. Close enough to the hustle of the medina but peaceful. The breakfast spread was excellent, lots of fresh fruits. And those poolside palm trees were fine.

During my stay in the Superior Double or Twin Room with Garden View, I appreciated the beautiful, well-maintained gardens and the inviting swimming pools. The breakfast offered a vast selection, though some organisation could enhance the experience. A nice retreat in Marrakesh!
